Refer a friend discount

Hi,

I've joined Virgin following my friends recommendation (email). I bought the broadband via the link in the recommendation email. After completing my order I've received a confirmation of the costs and there was an information that the Refer a friend discout was added.

I've received my first bill (£27) and the discount hasn't been deducted. Neither my friend has received it. Please can you help?

Sorry to hear the Refer a Friend credit hasn't been applied, as it sounds like you've both followed the correct process.
