I referred a friend last year who has had services installed and received her £50 but I am still waiting for mine! I have even opened up a complaint about the same and two weeks later am still waiting for a response (even though the auto generated email says a response will be received within 7 days - not true!!) The customer service at Virgin is appalling, it's a mine field trying to get a response from them. Does anyone have an email address that they have had a response from?
there is no email address you could try retentions - make sure you are talking to the UK
dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre
