I'm not a Virgin customer, but many of my web customers are. I received several reports from different customers about this blockage. I'm trying to tackle the root cause and get my whole domain unblocked.
I am glad to hear that this has now been resolved for you. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any additional information up to now regarding this but it looks like the team responsible for checking the unblocking requests have been able to get this sorted for you in the meantime.
