Has this issue been resolved yet as I would like to do the same. It seems yet another poor service from Virgin Media after weeks of not switching the service on then not sending my Netflix code, now this. #BackToBT
I’ve also had the same problem trying to stop the kids online gaming, if anyone has already mentioned this try logging into microsoft (xbox) https://login.live.com and setting up family setting which you can setup time restriction for every day of the week and only takes seconds to apply them, there is also similar setting options on Playstations. Regarding kids on phones the only ways you can solve the problem is either disabling the Wifi newer phones work off 5g connections to WiFi older models 2.4g, your hub status will tell you what connection your child’s phone is connected to then just disable it for as long as you need or just take the phone from them!!!
