I cannot change child websafe settings

I have websafe settings in online security...

When I try to change anything on the site, I get the error:

Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again

When I try an incognito I get the following:

something's gone wrong

 

We're sorry this isn't the page you wanted.

Hi Oogway, sorry to hear you the issue with the website has been persisting for you. We have been undergoing some improvement works to the functionality of our website. Hopefully this has been resolved now!

Unfortunately not, as we are also waiting for the update on this.

We have been told that it should be fixed now, but reporting back on any that are still not working.
