I can't change websafe settings. It's says page isn't available.

Hi, I'm trying to change web safe settings via the my apps portal of the myvirgin media website account.

But everyone I try, it says oops page is broken.

It's blocking access to a lot of sites, and I'm paying for this.

Some help would be greatly appreciated.
