The child safe function on the service has stopped working and it deactivates itself. Is there any solution to this as the technical team at virgin could not sort this out. I have seen some threads before but is there a solution to this issue??

is Child Safe active before it deactivates itself or is Child Safe still active but not blocking content on a device or devices?

On a desktop / laptop open a Command Shell / Terminal window and run the following commands:
nslookup nordvpn.com 194.168.4.100
and:
nslookup nordvpn.com 1.1.1.1
Post the redacted resulting output of both commands here.

Thanks for posting on our community forum!
So with the ChildSafe function - I've enabled this on my side and doublechecked and refreshed to see if this stayed on to which it did. Can you let me know if and when this switches off again?
