Child Safe not working

i have just noticed that child safe is not working. it was working fine but not now. i have switched off and on again, change setting restore to defaults but porn websites are not blocked.

Thank you for coming back to us and I'm sorry to hear that your issue is still ongoing.

Can you tell us if you've rebooted your Hub recently? This could help reset or activate the Child Safe settings, as they are still showing as 'ON' on our system.

Please let us know how you get on after the reboot, and if this issue is still persisting, we'll look into this further for you.

i have rebooted hub twice in last 4 days

Rebooting the router will have no effect when/if the DNS server is configured manually on your local device's network card.

See the link provided by legacy1 in post #10 for instructions on how to change the DNS settings on your network card back to the Virgin Media ones.
