i have just noticed that child safe is not working. it was working fine but not now. i have switched off and on again, change setting restore to defaults but porn websites are not blocked.

Really sorry to hear of the problems with your services and the web safe facility, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.
From looking at your account and settings the Web Safe option is showing as active and blocking the content mentioned. Have you checked here and your online account to ensure they both match?

Thank you for reaching back out to us, I have checked our end again and can see child safe is showing as on as Rob advised Yesterday, are you now still able to see the Adult content you are trying to block?

Post the IP shown thats likely not your IP but VM DNS IP

SO yes your device you did that test on is not using VM DNS servers so someone changed it from auto on your network card

VM DNS is 194.168.4.100 and 194.168.8.100 or set your network card to auto
