Hi,
Child Safe does not work If you open a browser window in private mode. I use Safari. I tested MacBook and iPhone.
If you open a browser window in normal mode. It blocks required websites. However, in private mode, it doesn't block.
it was working before.
Thank you

Web Safe components (Child Safe and Virus Safe) require use of Virgin Media DNS. To determine if this is the case visit https://1.1.1.1/help and confirm AS Name value is reported as Virgin Media in normal and private browser modes.

Normal mode : AS Name = Virgin Media
Private mode : AS Name = Cloudflare

Does disabling Private Relay resolve the issue?

Hi, I have the exact same issue. Websafe was working before on Safari private mode - but now it’s not blocking anything ?
Please can anyone help? I’ve checked and do have Cloudflare as the AS name on private and Virgin on normal. I’ve no idea what’s happened as these bad sites have been blocked for years and now they are accessible again, I have 3 teenagers and this is making me nervous about what they can see!!!
help!!

Try connecting to the Cloudflare DNS servers that support the same function as the VM servers, they are 1.1.1.3 and 1.0.0.3
