just joined virgin but the lines blocked so gotta wait for the council to give virgin permission to dig up the road so they can fix it. could take weeks.
I assume that you're not yet paying for your Virgin Media services? If so you probably haven't yet been able to set up MyVM, which you would need to use TV Go in app or browser.

yeah i havent been billed yet , so that means no online service right? even though it was ment to be in last week but because of cable problems iv gotta wait 😞
If you're able to sign up to MyVM then you will be able to log in to TVGo - if not then unfortunately you would need to wait until the services are activated and installed.
