My Netflix cancelled on 11may which l did not cancel contacted call centre told to be patient as their is major issue can you advise best way to reinstate thanks

I am very sorry to hear of the issues you are having with the Netflix service on your account.
Can you please check if you have received an activation email from ourselves, this may have gone in to junk/spam?
Can you also please log in on your online account and let us know if there is an activate option showing under the Netflix icon?
