Only just realised Vm do a stream service and was wondering if exciting TV/BB customers can switch to this service get rid of the cables all over the house?

Thanks

Yes, you can switch to it. Flex is a Broadband add-on which cannot be mixed with existing TV services, so you would have to drop the existing TV service. Bear in mind it is purely a Streaming box. There are no recording or live pause facilities, & multiroom is not available. It's one box per account.

Does it act the same as a TiVo box with tv guide etc? And will I have my same tv package?

If you are a TiVo-only customer you'll need to get broadband for Flex. However the existing coaxial cable can be used for the hub.

Exciting customers can, but the Coax cable will still be needed for hub as Stream is only compatible with VM broadband.

Boring customers definitely can't 😉

Hello Les2013,

Thanks for your post.

Sounds like most questions have been answered already regarding our Stream box.

If you need any more information about this have a look here

I have Flex, you can pause Live TV & RW, also Watch from Start on most channels, you can get up to 6 Flex boxes, extra £10 a month, not sure if it's for each extra box, only in the new XPON areas

Yes Flex does have a TV guide, you can go look back on it & then watch ever you've missed or look forward & put it on your Watchlist to watch later
