Hi.
Ive not even been a member for a month but now for the last 2 weeks or so, whilst watching Prime or ANY other App or Live TV, my Stream box keeps resetting. It's getting hugely frustrating !!
Has anybody had this and how is it fixed? Very little online about fixing it and Virgin Website keeps sending me in circles.
Have read however it looks like a new box?
Any help will help!
