Stream box

Hi I’ve recently got a virgin stream box but now I’ve got no picture at all and an orange light is showing,hdmi,Ethernet,and power cables are all good. Is there a reset button? I really don’t want to spend an hour on the phone to vm, any help would be appreciated

Hi Delpen, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the stream box, 

Can you turn the box off and on to see if anything improves?

Do you have a good broadband connection at present?

Can you confirm if you are still having issues with this since posting?

I have since received a new router and set everything up from scratch and the stream box is now working fine.thanks for the reply.
