Stream box not booting

I'm about to cancel Virgin and move to Sky. All I want is to watch basic TV.

 

My Stream box is stuck in a boot loop. All it shows is the welcome screen and the orange light on the box. We were supposed move to the Stream box as our main source this week so my family are not please they are stuck watching YouTube as we don't have an aerial. I've tried everything I can think of. Is there a know way to get past this?

Sorry to see you are having problems with your Stream box. It sounds like you will need contact VM to organise a tech visit to swap the box for another one.

The best method and time to contact them is to call  150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am when lines first open to avoid call queues.

Replies from the following methods aren't instant, roughly around 4 hours at times, often longer, as telephone calls take priority dependent upon staffing availability and call queues

You can text VM on 0753 305 1809 or speak to the team on WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112. 

A member for the Forum Team should pick this up for you, but it will be a day or two before they get to your post.
