Hi, I've had my box activated (after a lot of work!) last week, however I'm still not able to add TV packs either via the box or logging into my account online.....
Can this be fixed?

I’ve been waiting over a week with moderators on here and on the phone.
Unfortunately no fix yet and no sign of a fix either! Soo my box has been unused until it’s fixed!
If it stays unusable for much longer I’ll be emailing the CEO as it’s not good service being left in the lerch and with failed callbacks etc

I can't help but get the impression that very little testing was done on these boxes! With the error codes on activation and now this, what should be straightforward is becoming very manual and laborious.
