Hi,
Has anyone had trouble connecting via Ethernet? It recognises the cable being plugged in but then does not connect. Connects fine to WiFi but wanted more reliable connection.

Yes I have the same issue, started yesterday, it was working fine via Ethernet previously. I too have to connect via Wi-Fi now.

Sorry to hear of the issues with the connection via Ethernet to the Stream box.
Can you please confirm if you've been able to try an alternative Ethernet port on the back of the hub?
Does the Ethernet cable allow you to access the services to alternative devices?
