For weeks the cITV channel has been off on stream just comes up with an error message.

I'm so sorry to hear you're facing some issues watch CITV on your Stream box. What error message appears? Are you having similar problems with any other content you try to watch on Stream?

Hi Zach

The message is Channel failed - CS2012

Pressing back up takes you to a screen with 2 crows pecking a broken chain.

Been like that for weeks only on this channel.
