When I log into the Sky Sports app and try to watch live, I get an error message that says "Your subscription doesn't allow you to watch this programme. Please contact your provider". How do I resolve this?

Thanks for the quick reply. I was automatically logged in from when I'd used it previously, so yes. Logging out and logging in again worked, albeit a bit annoying to have to log out and in every time!

Thank you for reaching back out to us and for your post, when using the Sky Sports App we advise always logging back out as you can only ever log in with 1 device at a time and may wish to switch devices.
