I can’t access the included Netflix. I keep getting a message to sign in and pay a subscription. How can I access my Netflix?

Sorry to hear you have joined the can’t access Netflix account.
has been 6 months for me now and not getting any contact with VM unless you phone them, then nothing but apologies. If you had 1 minutes viewing for each apology you could watch a couple of movies. Frustrating with no feedback. Not a good image for a communication based company
