I ordered the Virgin Stream box and asked for BT Sport and Sky Sports to be added as subscriptions when ordering.
I’ve received my Stream box, installed it but cannot access the Manage subscriptions from the TV.
I can log in online and access Manage Stream Plan screen and I can see the BT Sport and Sky Sports already added. But they say Pending: Adding Soon.
I didn’t add these myself. I’m assuming the agent who took my order has set this up?
I can see this is a common issue ppl are experiencing when setting up their stream device.
Can somebody please help?

Thanks for the reply.
No change. Exact same issue. They still say ‘Pending: Adding Soon’. So I’ve missed all the football from this past weekend.
I’d really like to get these subscriptions activated so I can start enjoying the rest of the football season.

Have you had any IT Ticket raised at all for this, as it may be something that particular team may need to deal with?

I was told last week on the phone it was raised to a specialist team but I’ve heard nothing and still NOTHING has changed.
