BBC Iplayer and itv hub etc have no sound

All signed in to various apps on 360 box, BBC, itv etc. When I select a programme to watch it plays the picture without sound. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Cortezzuk

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear of the sounds issue on those apps. As it was Friday you posted, has this sorted itself? 

If not, is it just those apps or are live TV channels affected? I've tried to run a diagnostic on the TV box but it's either turned off or in Eco mode. Pop back if you need further assistance.
