All free view channels gone

All the free view channels have disappeared, i have already tried rebooting the box, but nothing appears ?

Are you seeing any error messages onscreen?

The error message should have a code too something along the lines of CS1234

Is your internet connection working?

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Have you got the problem fixed since your post? If not can you please provide more details such as any error codes you might see on screen like @newapollo has suggested?
