Hello,
My mum has somehow managed to accidentally subscribe to Sky Sports this evening!
I received an email alerting me, but it won't let me reply, and no phones are manned!
How do I cancel this and get my £38 reimbursed please?

I'm sorry to hear Sky Sports has been subscribed to on your TV Service. As these channels are added through either My Virgin Media, or through the TV Box via the Security PIN, our teams would not be able to refund any charges incurred.
However, if you would like to remove the service, you can do so via your online account, or by calling our team on 0345 454 1111 - please be aware that all Premium Addons have a 30-day notice period.
