But Stream have access to channels from 101 to 999 (except the channels from 913-998).
It doesn't work even after switching off Child safe

It's available on the 360 set top, boxes, and for customers on the older V6 and Tivo boxes that haven't upgraded to the 360.

Yes it's possible to upgrade to a TV360 box, however this uses a coaxial connection so you will need a tech visit to install it.
It's also an 18 month contract. You will need to contact VM and speak to either sales on 0800 064 3850 or regrades by dialling 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am when lines first open to avoid call queues
You can also text VM on 0753 305 1809 or speak to the team on WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112 but phone calls take priority and these methods can take 4 to 6 hours.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the adult channels and you wold be able to upgrade to the 360 box as per new apollo.
We do not do upgrades on the forums but this can be done by calling us on 0345 454 1111. ^Chris
