When I activated stream on 30th April 2 activation charges came up on my account.
I have been told that 1 will be removed by my billing date but logging into my account shows them both still there as upcoming.
Getting through to online chat is impossible and I don't use WhatsApp
Has anyone else with the same problem passed their billing date and had one removed as it should be or have you been charged?
