Tested from wired clients, so not sure if this is a line or a router issue?

Hello @boltedenergy,

Thanks for showing this BMQ chart, I do not see any red lines which would show as a drop out.

Please can you answer the questions from @legacy1?

Many thanks,

So your in router mode? in your live BQM  I don't see packet loss but ping spiking.

can you do a over night test by disabling the wifi or change its password and unplug wired devices to see what the BQM shows if it still spikes.

I'm in router mode. I didn't turn off anything overnight but it looks like its quiet then anyway.

It looks like its somewhat stabilized. I'll continue to monitor and see if the ping loss returns.

Thanks.

You might have a device maxing out your speed and buffering your connection in spikes

Pleased to hear that boltedenergy. Thanks for letting us know.

Do keep us posted with how your connection behaves over the next few days and if you need any further help with anything else.

Kind regards
