I want a substantial refund for under performance of Broadband speed. As can be seen i am getting nowhere near the Vivid 350 contracted. I have contacted Trading Standards & I will continue to monitor performance

Is this Forum the place where i should make formal complaints ? No one from VM Management has been in touch, so i just think the Forum is a toothless talking shop with no real powers to effect improvements

Hi so after I posted my last message a engineer came out removed a actuator and everything has been ok for the past few weeks but now it's started again. Slow internet speeds well its about 100 mb less than it normaly is and internet cutting out mainly on night times.

I am having similar issues and asking for substantial recompense for ridiculously low download speeds. Looks like I will have to ask Cisas (ombudsman) to adjudicate.

Did you ever resolve your problem and what happened?
