For the past 5 days I have been experiencing very slow download speeds (e.g. 1.5 Mbps). My package is supposed to be 70 Mbps. I rang the Virgin Media help line and they sent me a new Superhub 3, but it hasn't improved things. Last year I had exactly the same problem and they sent out an engineer who fixed it by making an adjustment in the cable box down the street. I wish they would send out an engineer this time.
