very slow download speed (only 1.5 Mbps)

For the past 5 days I have been experiencing very slow download speeds (e.g. 1.5 Mbps). My package is supposed to be 70 Mbps. I rang the Virgin Media help line and they sent me a new Superhub 3, but it hasn't improved things. Last year I had exactly the same problem and they sent out an engineer who fixed it by making an adjustment in the cable box down the street. I wish they would send out an engineer this time.

Screenshots of speed test and router logs below. The Network log has lots of "Lost MDD timeout" errors, as it did last year.

Low SNR on the channels you have shown. Phone them and get someone out.

Thanks Dave. My broadband speed did get better for a couple of days but now it's down to 0.94 Mbps again :-(

Which numbers are the S/N ratio?
