Hi there yesterday I had an engineer out to get me set up at my new home and while he was here I asked what speeds I can get. After he left I chose to use the my virgin media and upgrade from 200 to 350 but its a day later and the my virgin media still says 200 and I am still gettting 200 - how long does it take?

if its gone through it should be instant assuming you dont have a SH2 - if so you need a new hub - talk to retentions
dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre
