Thanks for your advice, it seems FMC is the new name for retentions. They said the mobile correct is nothing to do with virgin mobile and yesterday’s info was incorrect. The sim will be sent today for delivery tommorrow via yodel. 

The info given was 

SIMUNL1

FMCS1MBUN

Does them correct

I managed to get it for the cost of £99pm after instant messenger chat. Told them I have been a loyal customer.

Well seems to be not anymore you need to take all 4, but doesn’t mean you need to use it if the price doesn’t go up but get faster broadband

Hi,

I'd like to know what the actual differences are between the VIP package and the VVIP package. I can see the BB speed is 500MB instead of 350MB although what are the other differences and what is the Kids Pick? Extra Channels or On Demand Content?

Extra speed from 350 to 500.

Unlimited sim card on VVIP

Looks like you get a new dedicated support team, what this equates to, I don't know.

The support team is really just so you don’t need to speak to mobile dept and the customer service is more able to help with issues relating to both media & mobile services; plus you’re obviously treated a bit differently because you’re a big spender Smiley Wink
