up and down speeds

got a 200mb package and over the last few months connected speeds and wifi speeds are down as low as 1mb wish i was kidding, had a tech come and a look just fitted a new moden and there was a wire fixed worked ok for a few days but back to nornal again they dont relly wanna know when you phone them and tryed twitter but just directed me hear

Can you please upload your router stats

Type 192.168.0.1 or (192.168.100.1 if you have your Hub in Modem mode) into your address bar at the top of your browser

DO NOT LOG IN, just click “Check Router Status” at the bottom of the page. Sometimes the “Check Router Status” is missing, in this case just go ahead and log in and go to Advanced Settings-> Tools-> Network Status.

Please copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream, Configuration and Network Log tabs, if you get a yellow warning just click the Post button again.

You can use more than one post for each item if needed!

If you get a warning when you hit “Post” just hit “Post” again and it should work ok!

Please do not use screenshots

Also can you please setup a Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) at thinkbroadband.com. Just click on Create a new monitor.

Under your graph you just created Click (Share Live Graph)

Copy the text in the “Direct Link” box and paste it on here

Hi lawson24k, 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community. We're really sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your speeds. 

I've had a look at your connection today and can see there are no area faults affecting you currently. The Hub is showing as online with a good uptime and the power and signal levels are all optimal too. There aren't any timeouts showing either. This is all positive as it means there is nothing affecting you however does make things a little more difficult in determining what's wrong. 

As you've specifically mentioned WiFi, it sounds like this may be environmental. This link should help you to improve the connection you are getting: How to improve WiFi.
