to Hub 1G to Desktop 400-500

Hi there.

I am looking for any ideas as to what might be the problem.

Have 1gig for approx a year, about 6 months ago it started just going half that speed. Things go in the way and I didn't really do much about it.

However, I have had engineers out and cable changed, no difference.

Went from Modem mode to Orbi mesh back to Router on the hub 4.

Doing real Sam knows speed I get 1gig to hub but only 300/500 to desktop connected via cat 6 Ethernet.

I have changed the cables. rebooted, deleted Intel network card , removed any internet optimization software and back to default.

Still no difference. I have tried on another desktop and same difference.

Any ideas anyone? cheers Rich

I had similar problems myself, and just tried methods that worked for myself.

There were other commands that you could have tried but that one fixed two computers in our home.
