t3 timeouts

Hi

Can anyone tell me why t3 pop up on they upstream bit but dont show up on the error logs? im getting more t3 on the upstream bit but they dont show on the error logs when another shows up!

I am sorry about this, I am still waiting for an update back about this.

look im not having a go i just get fed up going round in circles all the time. The problem i want sorting is the noise when it hits i know its not everyday or whatever but its a problem!  When it was doing it it would kick us out of a online game b4 that was a red line down the graph showing that now thats stopped showing the red line but its still hitting with some noise.

this has done this problem since i moved into here. i have asked loads of times over the years to try get someone to come and look at the cab from top to bottom i have asked the tech to call the network guy out but they never do.

I understand your frustration, and I am sorry for this.

 

I have contacted the area manager in your area to see if we can send someone out to the cabinet to check the network.This is what I am waiting to hear back about 🙂

 

I will let you know when I get a email back about this, is this okay for now?

also see again when turn hub off on the graph when comes on about 5 mins into it little red line and a big yellow skipe all the time that should not happen to me thats a sign of a fault to.

I understand this. This is the same sheffield higher up management what came out to me when i lived at my mums when for 5 or 6 years internet and tv was playing up and they said nothing wrong all the time then i had network guys came out and said nothing wrong then after i had that many they sent one of the main top bosses out in a suit telling me there was nothing they could do and that and telling me to leave virgin media if wasnt happy thats where i got loads of info and evidence that it was a network fault! guess what? after years of trying i got one good network guy and he listened and i told him what it was and within one day fixed it! he even called me back on a monday to say i was right it was noise. they charged me £99 for call outs cos kept saying nothing wrong and the big boss what came to see me im sure it was the same guy that i had my assessment with when trying to get on to be a virgin media technician in 2018! and i cant get no where near since! but if this is how its runs why would anyone to join virgin media? 

clearly im switch on and wanting to help others fix their problem with virgin media but they dont want people like me!

so takes over 4 days? this why faults dont get fixed because network team are on call 24/7 so they should be here right away to see the fault going on at the time but no we will wait a week or so then say cant see or find anything wrong.

so again noise strikes on the downstream but no error message now or red line on my graph this is down to whatever they did in the cab getting same results but now no error messages or anything showing on the graph my guess is they moved me in the cab on a different tap so im guessing its a cab fault somewhere. also 5 t3 timeouts within a week i know its not much.

Hi 

Can anyone tell me if the locking on the upstream channels isnt 00000 and then its random numbers does that mean its not locking on right? should the upstream always lock on 0000 what if it moves back to 00000?
