Thank you so much for the update @RockerSBM

Can I ask if you are noticing issues across all devices including wired and WiFi connections?

Hi

Yes gaming online it effects and chatting in party with the voice cutting out. all my stuff is wired.

Hi @RockerSBM

Thank you so much for confirming this for me.

As these issues are on going and affecting you on wired devices, I believe it would be best to get one of our technicians out to see what is happening. I have booked this appointment for you, you can view it by logging into your My Virgin Media App or by logging in online here. You can also reschedule should you allocated time not work for you.

Please let me know how things are looking after your tech appointment.

Hi

So the tech moved me in the cab on a different tap can anyone tell me if the upstream incorrectly sloped? what with the frequencies and the power levels out?

Hi RockerSBM,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having.

I have taken a look on our side and am unable to see anything flagging that could affect this.

Are you having this on multiple games?

^Martin

Hi

This Is a upstream problem it's amp or something in the cab. Power levels on the upstream shouldn't be jumping up and down that high.

No.wonder I couldn't kill no one most of the time because of the bad line I'm on.

Get network out to the cab to sort it out

Or set me on and I'll fix it within a day.

Thank you for that information.

I have looked into the live network details and cannot find any issues.

Can you please setup a BQM for 24 hours without any gameplay or WiFi usage? https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality
