speed on 200 very poor recently

Getting some very poor speed at present would appreciate if anyone can see an issue with the Hub its a 2 - The desktop is wired and should be getting 200 which until recently was not an issue.

I've been able to locate your account using your forum information, and everything looks to be in order from our side. 

 

I can see you've mentioned setting up a BQM previously, do you have the live link for this?

I've not had much luck with the BQM all red 100% package loss - must need some tweaking. 

However I have no tried some laptops on the system and downloads are excellent so it would appear I have an issue with the desktop alone.

looks like a project for the weekend.

Weekend Update

sat down to try to figure out download issue and would you believe, appears sorted without me messing about with the desktop.

result - well apart from what appears to be a higher ping than was used to.
