M engineer came 17 April as planned He has checked the connections and confirmed that there is an issue with the box at the road and completion date on the system is 1 July 2020. That means that I will have unstable speed and very low upload speed till July 2020. I asked him about the Wi-Fi booster and he said he has none and I should contact Customer Services.
so as this problem to last another almost 3 months, do I get any discount in my bill if I choose to stay with VM? and how can I get a booster which was supposed to be delivered on 06/04/2020. my account no is [Removed] Area code 22
