Interesting, when you say you had an engineer call Monday, what date/time was that please so we may check our records, did you get a fault reference number? In the early part of December your connection was moved to a new CMTS, your account has been noted by an engineer previous to that with a fault that applied to your old CMTS but not the new one. We show no known network faults affecting you, the CMTS traffic you are on is low, your hub and line are looking good.
