slow speed

Hi there , 

I have 200 Mbps internet speed with my package but I have for couple days only 35-40 Mbps. 

I already reboot the Virgin hub but nothing change,please help me.

Hi Lazlo

Are you using a wired Ethernet connection to the VM hub or a wireless connection? Wireless is easily disrupted by a number of external factors, so a wired test is the best way to get a true picture of what speed your line is able to achieve. It also helps to pinpoint if the issue is with the wireless or your line.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with the speed of your service. 

 

Can you please confirm the following for me?

 

- Is this a Hub 3?

- Are you only having this problem when connected to the internet via WiFi?  

- Is this on just the one device?

- Where is your Hub? Is it in a good location and not blocked by other devices/objects?

- Have you ran a speed test via a laptop/ PC on a wired and wireless connection?
