slow broadband speed

hi, i've recently done a speed test on my network and found that it has dropped by approx 90%, can someone tell me why this is.here is my router log. Thanks.

the speed test showed 7.99 down and upload 0.29

What speeds are you getting and subscribed too please? Also, how are you testing the speed, wired/wireless?

Hi, thanks for replying, all sorted now, was something in windows 7 that was restricting full power of nic,just reinstalled an image of c drive and everything working as it should now. thanks again
