rubbish broadband speed

hi is anyone there getting really rubish broadband inmean i have got virgin 100mbps broadband for about 3 months and it just stops working comoletely every few minutes and take ages to work again. have called customer service few times they run the test everytime and ask the same questions every time and finally advise there is issue with service in my area. sent out engineer twice but no help....worst vroadband provider ever total rubbish customer service would love to get out of contract mis sold to me claiming i would get 100 mbps.....

Thanks for posting.

 

You've posted this issue on the Account - Mobile board which is probably why you haven't had a response yet. You needed to post in one of the Broadband boards.

 

I've gone ahead and moved it for you so hopefully you get better support there.

Sorry for the poor connection, I've just tested your network and I can see your power levels are out of range.
