Towards the end of last year i was getting random speed drops which was sorted out and has been stable until recently. The problem being ive started getting the random speed drops again. ive restarted and reset my superhub 3 to no avail. i did phone 150 off my phone and got through to off shore help who to say the least was very unhelpful, i did point out to them the steps i had done above and that i was connected to the hub by a ethernet cable several times but she wanted me to go to the wireless part of my hub and again had to point out i was connected to it by cable while getting these speed drops. then she tried to order a wireless booster and again had to pointout that was again pointless and the device i was running the speedtests off was wired to the hub. in the end she tried blaming my home network (even tho my computer was the only device connected at the while getting these speed drops) then to top it off she said I was getting traffic managed lol. all devices that are on my network are all upto date and i get these drops in speed whether wired or wireless. any help would be appreciated.

hi Hetty I'm still getting some random speed test through the day. it seem to hold steady at 200Mbs for awhile before getting the random drops in speed and seems to be any time of the day. and PM sent to you.
