on 200 but getting 50

Hi all 

Hoping someone at virgin support sees this.

I am on 200 package but today has been a nightmare. early am this morning pages wouldnt even load. work email took 10 minutes to even connect to 365. moved to 4g everything is tip top.

Have rebooted all my kit including super hub which is in modem mode. Wired i am getting 50mbps so definitely an issue somewhere. see below my super hub details - can anyone see anything wrong? Im in service area 12.

speed tests now showing what i expect? 

 

Can virgin confirm if theres been an issue with their network today thats now been resolved?

 

Be good to know if my down stream settings look still however?
