m200 package, today getting 15.4mbps

hello -I'm having issues with speed and it's causing work grief. I've tried the tool to check, and the first time it said there was an issue, then after it said the problem was my end. I'm on a wired connection, I don't see how it could be. Normally the speed seems to be in the 70's so something must be going on?

I've seen people posting logs/details, below is what I'm getting currently -hope this helps

the status checker has just finished and oddly is reporting a TV issue in the area, but no broadband/phone issues. I only have the broadband service

I have checked the account again and I can see that the Hub does appear to be in spec.

 

Can I just confirm, are these speeds test conducted on a wired connection? Apologies if I've missed this in the thread.

yes, this is a wired connection

from what I've read, the number of pre/post RS errors are way too high

what other tests/info do you need? I did the pin hole reset as requested

I've always had a decent connection anywhere from 70-90mpbs. Now for some reason it sticks around 15 -lower than the upload speed

Thanks for coming back to us on this one. 

Those Post RS errors are very high indeed but they are accumulative from the time your hub was first turned on. As the hub has been online for over 8 days, there's no telling when these occurred. 

Can you please turn the Hub off, and leave off for a good few minutes. This should reset the timers and then should you accumulate a load of errors again, we can then arrange to book an engineer for you. 

Pop a post here once the Hub has been turned off so I can ensure it has registered this end.

hello -apologies for the delay, I've just restarted

I'm still not seeing speeds greater than 70/75mbps -I'm happy it's improved back to what it vaguely was, but it's nowhere near the volt m200 I've been upgraded too?
