I'm on a 200MB connection but I'm getting <1MB download and variable upload:
I have factory reset the router to no avail.
My downstream stats are:
Channel Frequency (Hz) Power (dBmV) SNR (dB) Modulation Channel ID
I'm getting a lot of network log errors:
Time Priority Description
and a LOT of errors:
Channel Locked Status RxMER (dB) Pre RS Errors Post RS Errors

You either have a very loose fitting somewhere or a damaged cable, 227mhz has a SNR of 4 and 210mhz 11, that's your fault

Wiggled the cable and now get 15MB/s and these results - better SNR, but a lot of RS errors - is that a problem? Downstream bonded channels
Downstream bonded channels
They were errors made when you have the fault. SNR is in 40s so that's really good
Thanks for your help so far. I'm still only getting 12MB/s on a 200MB/s connection. I have 8 connected devices over wifi, is the bandwidth split between them all? here's my latest diagnostics:
Thanks for the update, I've run a additional diagnostic checks on your service and currently both Hub and local circuit are reporting back in good health, so headline speeds should be very achievable.
If speeds are still down on those expected please drop us a quick update with speedtest results from speedtest.net via a wired connection and we'll gladly investigate further..

You may need to give it a reboot now.
Put the hub into modem mode and recheck the speed.
