low upload speed, intermittent connection

Hi,

For the last 3-4 days, both upload/download speeds have been fluctuating especially during the day, upload speed being around 0.1 making it impossible to work from home. Connection is lost for brief periods many times a day. If anyone has a suggestion, here are the logs:

You have a downstream problem. Only VM will be able to say what it is for sure, but it's there.

Low SNR on a few channels, lots of post RS errors and lots of RCS partial service (this is the modem losing connection to some of the downstream group). The loss of connectivity is not surprising given the state of the logs. Hopefully they'll be able to get someone out to have a look.

Low upstream speeds are likely just a symptom of the very poorly downstream.

Hi. Looks like you have experiencing alot off error. Things like loose connections or kinks in the cable could cause this issue. Please check your cables. Have you tried a pin hole reset?

Thanks. I had tried resetting already. There was indeed a kink in the cable. I changed it but the nothing changed. I guess I will continue trying to reach VM.
