That depends on many factors, especially if you are connected by WiFi.
If you are connected by WiFi, are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz WiFi signal?
You need to establish what speed is being delivered to you Superhub by speedtesting on an Ethernet-connected device with a gigabit Ethernet capability.
Checking your Hub from this end I can see that your downstream power levels are a touch on the low side, which may be a factor.
If the wired speed test suggested by Ernie is also reporting the same slow speeds, then a tech visit may be required.
