Sorry to hear of the lower than expected speeds. How are you testing, wired/wireless and what device/devices please?

We've ran a system diagnostic and there's no issues showing that could be causing this. All your levels are in spec as well.

Please keep us posted as we want to ensure the speed is as it should be.

Based on the information given and the tests ran on your service, your service should be operating as normal. Is the issue still ongoing today? Are multiple devices affected similarly?
