for the last few weeks Im having issues with my broadband at evenings , are there any problems in my area ?

because I have fiber optic 200 and I can't watch Netflix ,buffers every 30 sec.

How are you watching netflix? What devices are in the chain - and how are they connected to the Hub (wifi or ethernet cable)?

Im watching Netflix on my smart tv via wi fi, but with my packed 200 vivid there shouldn't be an issue !

my money is on the wifi connection being flakey. can you connect the tv by a Cat5e/6a ethernet cable. Even if just as a temporary one evening test (trail it around the house) to see whether the problem goes away. That should pinpoint wher to look next to fix the problem permanently.

the problem is only after 6pm till around 10pm, I need to add that Im watching in 4k ! But according to cable.co.uk I need only around 30Mbps.
